- TurnaroundEveryday alterations in 5–7 days, bridal in 2–4 weeks, custom pieces in 6–12 weeks.
- Rush serviceAvailable from 24–72 hours for most alterations, for an added rush fee quoted upfront.
- DepositsA 50% deposit reserves bridal and custom work; the balance is due at pickup.
- PaymentCash, all major cards, Zelle, Apple Pay.
- Perfect-fit promiseNeed a tweak after pickup? Bring it back within 7 days and we'll adjust it at no charge.
- PickupPlease collect garments within 30 days of completion; we'll send a reminder.
